It all started when…

The 3E blog was inspired by a personal tradition I started in 2017. After learning the concept of self-awareness through leadership training, I begin to keep track of what I learned throughout the year and I started to do an annual self-evaluation reflecting on that chapter of my life. I’d share those life lessons on social media leading up to my day of birth, but this year I decided to challenge myself and take my traditional process to another level by blogging my life lessons in order to give it a home. Evaluate, to evolve, and then elevate every year… just because you’re getting older doesn’t mean you’re getting better. The 3E concept has helped me get better, when I used to be stuck being bitter.
